Construcción de la Banda Sonora. Explorando el espíritu del film, el diseño sonoro no es sólo el armado de pistas junto con la música sino es una muy delicada construcción de capas de sonidos cuya función es potenciar y sumergir al espectador en la película sin que lo note.

Construction of the Soundtrack. Exploring the spirit of the film, the sound design is not only the assembly of tracks together with the music but it is a very delicate construction of layers of sounds whose function is to enhance and submerge the viewer in the film without noticing.

El proceso final de esta larga cadena, tan importante como los demás la mezcla es la clave en la construcción de la experiencia del espectador al momento de ver la película.
Mediante ella se nivelan y procesan todos los sonidos que sonarán en el film.
The final process of this long chain, as important as the others, is the key in the construction of the viewer's experience when watching the film.
Through it all the sounds that will sound in the film are leveled and processed correctly.

Es la formula para una buena película, un buen sonido directo, correctamente registrado, es el punto de partida esencial para un buen montaje de pistas.
La buena operación del micrófono (Boom) es vital para lograr estos resultados.

En la construcción de la Banda Sonora sólo un 30-40% del sonido viene del rodaje, siempre es necesario (e ideal) grabar sonidos adicionales, ya sea Foleys (los ruidos que ocurren en la pantalla) o doblar escenas que han quedado mal grabadas, ADR (Aditional Dialogue Recording).

Todo el trabajo intermedio que ocurre durante la construcción de la Banda Sonora (el sonido de la película), desde toda la edición del sonido directo para limpiar todos los ruidos de la producción; la edición de ambientes para construir el espacio dónde ocurre la película, hasta la edición y montaje de SFX (y Foleys) para dar presencia a los personajes y las acciones en el film.
It's the SECRET formula for a good movie. A good production sound, correctly recorded, is the essential starting point for a good Sound Design.
The good operation of the microphone (Boom) is vital to achieve these results.
During the construction of the Soundtrack only 30-40% of the sound comes from the filming, it is always necessary (and ideal) to record additional sounds, either Foleys (the noises that occur on the screen) or to dub scenes that have been badly recorded process also known as ADR (Aditional Dialogue Recording).

All the intermediate work that happens during the construction of the Soundtrack (the sound of the film), from the whole edition of the production sound, removing all the noises from the shooting; the edition of the backgrounds to construct the sound-scape where the film takes place, until the editing and assembly of SFX (and Foleys) to give a presence to the characters and the actions in the film.
